There are three general Committee positions, which are open for election, as well as the positions of President and Secretary.

The nomination form for these positions is available for download. Nominations must be received at the Network Office by 2pm Friday 12 February.

• Secretary’s Report;
• Membership Report;

The 2010 Windows on Europe Film Festival is screening at Dendy from the 6th to 14th of February and is a window into the rich and diverse culture of Europe.

To nominate yourself, or someone else (who must be a member) simply download a nomination form and fill out your nomination. Have it seconded by a member and please drop off/fax or drop it to off to us BEFORE 2.00 p.m. Friday 12 Feb 2010. The Agenda for the meeting will be posted soon.

There are two available positions on the committee for election. These are the positions of President and Secretary. Nomination forms for these positions will be made available on the Networks website next week.

Voting will take place at the AGM and all members are invited to attend.

The committee will also appoint up to three ex-officio committee members to advise on regulatory, commercial and financial matters. 

The Summer Holiday ‘Intro to Impro’ course will run for one week starting on the 18^th of January 2010.

When:  Ages 8-12 from 9am to 12pm, then Ages 13-17 from 1pm-4pm, Monday to Friday.

Belco Flicks is a night of locally made short films of up to 10 minutes duration.  Belco Flicks seeks films to be part of a diverse program for a broad audience of film lovers.  Belco Flicks welcomes:

• Comedy
• Drama
• Documentary

• Animation
• New Media Art

Belco Ficks II – Tropfest Dropouts is particularly interested in Canberra films that have been made for Tropfest over the years.  Many films are made each year for submission to Tropfest.  Most don’t get accepted into the travelling festival and some are not even finished in time to meet the Tropfest deadline.  Give your film a second chance at Belco Flicks II – Tropfest Dropouts.   Your film doesn’t have to have been made for Tropfest  to be considered for inclusion in the program.  If there are more films submitted than we have time to screen, preference will be given to films made for Tropfest that have a connection to Belconnen.
